On the first day of each month during 2003, images taken from the New York Times and British Independent newspaper were enlarged and reproduced in pinheads on sheets of black rubber. The resulting images bring to mind pixilation, constellations or molecular randomness, forming images which evaporate as the viewer moves past, the pinheads flickering. Together, they stand as memorial to one year in human history.
